Power and board flags
The IDUs don't report voltages. These are the shelf's own fault flags per board: −48 V feed B1 / B2 / J lost, 5 V rails, overheat, and board missing or defective. Polled every 5 s; every change is recorded here.

Both IDUs, newest first. Times converted from each IDU's unset clock; T2 stamps some events ~11 min late.
